Total revenue from social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance in Dong Nai in the first quarter reached nearly 6 trillion VND.

According to information from Dong Nai Social Insurance, in the first quarter of 2025, the total revenue from social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance was nearly 6 trillion VND, reaching 11.7% of the plan assigned by Vietnam Social Insurance. The amount of late payment of insurance types was 477 billion VND, accounting for 1.5% of the total amount receivable.

The insurance industry has promptly resolved and fully paid pension, social insurance and unemployment insurance benefits to more than 379,400 people. The appraisal of health insurance examination and treatment costs has also been effectively carried out with more than 1.6 million cases, equivalent to VND884.7 billion.

To successfully complete the assigned tasks in the coming time, Director of Dong Nai Social Insurance Pham Minh Thanh requested civil servants, public employees, and workers in the whole industry to promote the achieved results, focus all resources and intelligence to improve professional capacity and work handling skills. Closely follow the practical situation, proactively develop detailed plans to carry out tasks. Proactively seize opportunities, overcome challenges, meet the increasingly high requirements of the insurance industry, ensure the legitimate and legal rights of insurance participants.

It is expected that from June 1, 2025, 25 regional Social Insurance agencies nationwide (including Regional Social Insurance Agency V located in Dong Nai) will start operating under the new structure after completing preparations for infrastructure, business processes and personnel arrangement.
