Team leader dedicated to students

With 22 years of working experience, which is also the same number of years of being attached to the role of Team Leader, teacher Cao Ha Yen, Dao ethnic group, born in 1982, Team Leader of Bao Yen District Boarding Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities is always creative, enthusiastic, dedicated, bringing students many interesting and useful activities.

Graduated from the Central College of Art Education, majoring in Music Education in 2003, young teacher Cao Ha Yen received a job in her hometown of Bao Yen. In her first year, she was assigned to teach at Viet Tien Secondary School, teaching Music and taking on the role of Head of the school's Youth Union. In 2004, Ms. Yen transferred to Bao Yen District Boarding Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities. In addition to teaching music, she also worked as Head of the Youth Union of Bao Yen District Boarding Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities. With a sense of responsibility and a heart for her beloved juniors, she regularly initiated and organized many useful Youth Union activities, helping students improve their life skills and improve the quality of comprehensive education for them.

With the view that creativity is the “key” to help students love the subject, Ms. Yen flexibly applies appropriate teaching methods, regularly organizes extracurricular activities, cultural and artistic exchanges so that students can explore creativity, express confidence, and help the school's artistic movement become more and more exciting.

Being an ethnic minority and having studied at a boarding school for ethnic minorities, she always understands and is close to the students like a sister and a close friend. Since then, many activities and movements of the school's Union have been organized effectively, attracting team members to participate such as: Small plan movements, young projects, good grades, gratitude... In addition, Ms. Yen proactively builds team member models, such as: "Friends progressing together", "Friends helping friends" actively participating in movements: "Reading and following the team newspaper", "Happy and healthy children", "Step up to the Union"... bringing high educational efficiency to students.

I am very happy and excited to participate in the activities organized by the school. Ms. Yen is very friendly and dedicated to guiding us to participate in the movement activities, helping us to be more confident and progress.
