Also attending were: Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Duc Hinh; leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and departments, branches, sectors of the province, Tan Lac district and 150 voters in Tan Lac district.

On behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Dang Bich Ngoc informed voters about the expected agenda of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly . Accordingly, the session is expected to open on May 5 and close on the morning of June 28, and will be held in 2 phases: Phase 1 from May 5 to the end of May 28; Phase 2 from June 11 to the end of the morning of June 28.

This is the longest session since the beginning of the term, with a huge amount of work, the National Assembly will consider and decide to amend and supplement a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; consider and pass 30 laws, 7 legal resolutions and a number of other draft laws and resolutions to serve the organization and apparatus of the political system; give opinions on 6 draft laws; consider and decide on socio-economic issues, state budget, supervision and other important issues. At the same time, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation also informed voters about the activities of the Delegation from after the 8th Session to before the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.


At the conference, voters of Tan Lac district highly agreed with the content of the planned program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly and the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation before the 9th Session. At the same time, voters reflected, recommended and proposed to the National Assembly, the Government, ministries, central and local branches, focusing on a number of key issues such as: paying attention to the regime and policies for non-professional cadres at the commune level due to the impact of the rearrangement of administrative units; supporting subsidy policies for the elderly; continuing to increase the level of support for building cultural houses in residential areas in communes and towns; promptly upgrading National Highways 6 and 12B in the district; stepping up propaganda for people about the merger of administrative units; reducing union and association membership fees; issuing documents guiding the handover of surplus commune headquarters after the merger to serve the cultural and medical purposes of the people; improving the effectiveness of administrative procedure reform; guide people on procedures for granting land use right certificates...
Leaders of relevant departments and branches of the province and Tan Lac district have responded and clarified issues that voters have proposed within their authority.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, State Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan received, acknowledged and clarified a number of opinions and recommendations from voters. The State Auditor General emphasized that the arrangement of administrative units at all levels is to create momentum for socio-economic development. Therefore, after the merger, the province needs to direct communes to increase public services to provide people with at least equal, basically better; effectively use public assets, especially offices; have policies to care for staff after the merger; in the process of arrangement, create new development space; develop green and clean agriculture; provincial agencies and units advise on resource allocation mechanisms to ensure the development of transport infrastructure.
For petitions under local authority that have been explained by representatives of relevant provincial departments and branches, the local government. For issues that voters petition under the authority of the Central Government, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will synthesize and forward them to the National Assembly, the Government, ministries and branches for consideration and resolution in accordance with the provisions of law.

Within the framework of the program, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation presented 20 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to prestigious people, village elders, and village chiefs in Tan Lac district.
