Implemented 5/5 programs and 5,577 training classes

Although the implementation of tasks in the period of 2021-2025 encountered many difficulties, agricultural extension work in general and the transfer of agricultural extension technical advances in particular achieved many positive results. Along with organizing technical training courses and building models according to plan, the Provincial Agricultural Extension Center has paid special attention to propaganda work and transfer of science and technology on mass media.

The Provincial Agricultural Extension Center has implemented 20/22 categories, with 84 models, reaching 90%. Of which, 34 models/39 implemented locations are for crop cultivation; 19 models/21 implemented locations are for livestock farming; 4 models/5 implemented locations are for forestry; 17 models are for aquaculture. The agricultural extension training program in this period has completed 5/5 programs according to the plan, of which 2 contents met and exceeded the target, the remaining 3 contents did not meet the target. In 5 years, the center has organized 5,577 training classes, with 237,778 participants, using 31,614 billion VND from the State budget, reaching 70.25% of the plan of 45 billion VND.

In addition to improving expertise and professionalism, the center also opens many classes to transfer technical advances in the fields of agriculture, forestry and fishery to village cadres, cooperatives, and cooperatives, as well as training for people in resettlement areas and disadvantaged areas.

In addition, agricultural extension publications have gradually shifted from technical content to promoting production organization, consumption linkage, and market analysis, helping people improve economic efficiency in agricultural production.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Vo Thi Nhung - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment acknowledged and accepted the comments and contributions of the delegates. She noted that the center focuses on the following orientations: It is necessary to closely follow the agricultural development orientation of the province and the whole country, including the Government's Decrees and Projects on this field; programs and models need to focus on models of crop restructuring, improving quality, productivity, high-tech models, digital technology, organic, VietGAP or circular, multi-value; focus on building large-scale agricultural extension models, applying digital technology, adapting to climate change and protecting the environment; strengthening the training of agricultural extension officers in a professional, multi-functional direction;
