General rehearsal of the art program celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South

On the evening of April 23, the Provincial Steering Committee for Major Holidays held a rehearsal for the art program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and 50 years of Vietnamese literature and art. Attending the rehearsal were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, provincial departments and branches.

Song "Uncle Ho is marching with us".

The song recreates the historic moment when our army entered the Independence Palace.

The art program with the theme "Forever the Triumphant Song" was performed by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with 11 uniquely staged performances, carrying a proud melody. Through the form of dramatization, the program vividly recreated the heroic, resilient, and indomitable spirit of our army and people in the resistance war against the US to save the country, culminating in the great victory in the spring of 1975, which became a glorious milestone in the history of the nation. After 50 years, together with the whole country, Bac Lieu is striving to build and develop its homeland to become increasingly prosperous, entering a new era.

After enjoying the performances, the delegates gave their comments on the use of stage LED lights and the reduction of the MC’s commentary. In addition, they noted the use of images of the Party flag, national flag, and Uncle Ho’s photo to illustrate some performances…

The art program will be broadcast live on Bac Lieu Radio and Television at 8:00 p.m. on April 26 in front of the Provincial Cultural Center.
