On the afternoon of October 25, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held a rehearsal for the program to celebrate the 65th anniversary of Uncle Ho's third visit to Thai Binh (October 26, 1958 - October 26, 2023). Up to now, the preparations for the 65th anniversary of Uncle Ho's third visit to Thai Binh have been basically completed, ensuring the progress and quality of the work content. The performances and programs have been carefully prepared according to the script set by the organizing committee. The celebration was held at the Provincial Convention Center at 8:10 p.m. on October 26 with the participation of more than 400 delegates and broadcast live on Thai Binh Radio and Television, Thai Binh Electronic Newspaper, Fanpage of Thai Binh Newspaper and Thai Binh Radio and Television, Thai Binh Electronic Party Member Handbook.

Comrade Pham Dong Thuy, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, spoke at the rehearsal.

The celebration includes: a special art program expressing the love of the Vietnamese people in general and Thai Binh province in particular for Uncle Ho; awarding prizes for composing and promoting literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the period of 2021 - 2023"; commending collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. This is a political event of great significance to the Party Committee, government and people of Thai Binh province.
