Lieutenant Colonel Doan Van Uan, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Corporation attended and delivered the opening speech.

Participating in this political theory training course were 94 new party members and 148 outstanding mass comrades from agencies, units and companies under the Corporation.

New party members are trained and updated with knowledge including: Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought are the ideological foundation and compass for the actions of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution; national independence is closely linked to socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam; promoting the strength of the entire nation, democracy and socialism, building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state; the Party's socio-economic development guidelines; developing education and training in science and technology; building and developing Vietnamese culture and people; striving and training to be worthy of the title of member of the Communist Party of Vietnam ...

The comrades who are party members are equipped with the following contents: Overview of the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Platform for national construction in the transitional period to socialism; basic contents of the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam; studying and following the ideology, morality and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh ; striving to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam. During the study program, the elite masses are able to visit and learn about history at the War Remnants Museum.

According to the plan, the class will last until April 4, after which the students will be tested to assess their learning outcomes and granted certificates of completion of the political theory training program for the subjects according to regulations.
