Electricity Corporation - TKV and FPT officially launched a consulting project to build a strategy and roadmap for digital transformation until 2025, with a vision to 2030, with the goal of digital transformation to help perfect the management system, optimize production processes and connect data throughout the entire enterprise.
In order to optimize resources, improve management processes, and connect data across the Corporation, the Board of Directors of the Electricity Corporation - TKV decided to cooperate with FPT in the Consulting Project on building strategies and roadmaps for digital transformation. The project is implemented by FPT Digital, a member company of FPT Group, specializing in providing consulting services on digital transformation roadmaps for businesses.
Initially, FPT Digital will survey and collect necessary information for analyzing and evaluating the current status of the digital maturity of the Electricity Corporation - TKV as well as its member units and subsidiaries. This assessment is based on 6 major categories: customers; strategy; technology; operations; culture; data... The results obtained are the basis for analysis to help orient and identify key goals in building an overall digital transformation strategy.
FPT Digital will provide a digital transformation strategy framework, implementation roadmap orientation as well as digital initiatives to fill the gap between the current status and the future based on resources and development potential to ensure the highest efficiency for the digital transformation program of the Electricity Corporation - TKV.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Minh Tan, Deputy Director of Electricity Corporation - TKV, expected that digital transformation will fundamentally change the management method at Electricity Corporation - TKV, shifting production and business activities from the physical environment to the digital environment, while connecting data between departments and units.
