General Secretary and President To Lam requested the Politburo to prioritize the resolution of the Group of projects submitted to the 10th Central Conference and subsequent Central Conferences, and remove difficulties for localities and businesses.

On the morning of August 9, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, under the chairmanship of General Secretary and President To Lam, the Politburo held a regular meeting to discuss and give opinions on a number of important issues within the Politburo's authority.
General Secretary and President To Lam assessed that the Politburo and the Secretariat have closely followed the entire program of the Party Central Committee to organize and implement many conferences in flexible forms, both in person and online, to effectively implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
The Central Party Office, Party Committees, relevant agencies and organizations have coordinated well in advising and organizing implementation; the implementation of documents and conclusions of the Politburo and Secretariat has been effective...
However, the remaining workload in the Politburo and Secretariat's Work Program from now until the end of 2024 is still large. The issues and areas related to the preparation work for the 14th National Party Congress that must be completed in 2025, the "finish line" year of the goals set by the 13th National Party Congress, are still very large.

General Secretary and President To Lam requested the Politburo to focus on prioritizing the resolution of the Group of projects submitted to the 10th Central Conference and subsequent Central Conferences; the Group of projects that need to be focused on to create momentum for economic and social development, improve people's lives; promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for localities and businesses; stabilize politics and society, create excitement for people in labor, production and life.
The Politburo needs to have policies for arising issues with the motto "national, ethnic and people's interests come first and foremost"./.
