Accordingly, in order to create an atmosphere of excitement, national pride, and solidarity among the people of the capital to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, the Hanoi People's Committee has decided that tonight, April 22, in the "North-South Promise" art and political program, high-altitude fireworks combined with low-altitude fireworks and pyrotechnics will be displayed at the F1 racetrack (in Phu Do ward, Nam Tu Liem district); expected time from 9:45 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Then, on the evening of April 27, in the live television program "Vang mai khuc khai trien", Hanoi City will also organize a high-altitude fireworks display combined with low-altitude fireworks at the multi-purpose stage area of ​​Thong Nhat Park (in Le Dai Hanh ward, Hai Ba Trung district) with an expected time from 9:45 p.m. to 10 p.m. on the same day.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Capital Command to preside over and coordinate with the city's functional departments and agencies, along with Nam Tu Liem and Hai Ba Trung districts, to carry out the task of fireworks display; develop and implement a plan to transport and organize fireworks display according to plan; coordinate with the Hanoi City Police to closely direct patrol and guard work, maintain security and order, social safety, prevent fires and explosions, and ensure absolute safety before, during and after fireworks display.
