It's Dan Phuong district's turn to stop auctioning 26 land lots.

On September 18, National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 announced the suspension of the Dan Phuong land auction for 26 land use rights in the Trung Vo area, Tan Hoi commune (Dan Phuong district, Hanoi). The reason is that the Dan Phuong district Land Fund Development Center sent an official dispatch to review the procedures and auction plans according to the new Land Law.

The auction will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of law and will be publicly announced after the decision and proposal of the Dan Phuong District Land Fund Development Center.

Previously, the above auction was scheduled to be held on October 5. At that time, according to the announcement, the land lots had an area of ​​75-102.2m2, with a starting price of 13.1 million VND/m2. The auction was conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds and a minimum of 6 mandatory rounds. Notably, the price step was quite large at 12 million VND/m2/step.

Recently, on September 10, Dan Phuong district announced the organization of a land auction in Dong Say - Tram Sau area (phase 2) on September 30. Specifically, land plots with areas ranging from 55-99m2 have starting prices from 14 million VND/m2. Auction participants will have to deposit from 193 to 278 million VND/lot.

Auction form by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and at least 5 mandatory rounds. Direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction ends when no one participates in bidding.

Previously, at the end of July, Dan Phuong district organized an auction of 85 land lots including 2 lots in Dong Say - Tram Sau area (phase 3), starting price of 42 million VND/m2; 67 lots in Truc Duong N1 area, Ha Mo commune, starting price from 40 million VND/m2 to 51 million VND/m2; 16 lots in De Nhi area, Phuong Dinh commune (phase 2), starting price from 35 million VND to 41 million VND/m2.

The total number of documents participating in the above auction was up to 1,252 sets. Notably, at the end of the auction, the highest winning bid was up to 99.2 million VND/m2, double the starting price.

Before Dan Phuong district, a series of Thanh Oai, Hoai Duc and Ha Dong districts also announced the temporary suspension of land auctions.

Specifically, on August 29, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company announced the temporary suspension of the auction of land use rights for 57 plots of land in the Dam area, Muc Xa village, Cao Duong commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi (phase 1).

The reason given is that the People's Committee of Thanh Oai district issued Official Letter No. 2421 on the temporary suspension of the auction of land use rights for 114 plots of land in Cao Duong commune. Accordingly, customers who have registered to participate in the auction will be refunded their application fees within 2 working days from the date of this notice.

The auction of land use rights for 27 plots of land in the areas: Ha Khau Dong Xua area, Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area; Chua Sau area and Duoc area in three wards, including: Phu Luong, Yen Nghia and Duong Noi, Ha Dong district (Hanoi) on September 7 was also suspended.

The auction organizer said that the suspension of the auction was made at the request of the Ha Dong District Construction Investment Project Management Board. The auction will be held in accordance with regulations immediately after the decision of the competent authority.

On August 22, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company announced the suspension of the auction on August 26 for 20 plots of land LK01, LK02 and the auction on September 9 for 32 plots of land LK05, LK06.

The announcement stated that customers who registered to participate in the auction and have purchased documents and paid in advance will have their documents reserved or their money refunded according to regulations. The time to continue organizing the auction will be announced later by the People's Committee of Hoai Duc district.

Previously, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Le Minh Ngan signed a document to the Hanoi People's Committee announcing the dispatch of a delegation to conduct a surprise inspection of land use rights auctions in Thanh Oai and Hoai Duc districts (Hanoi).

On August 10, Thanh Oai district successfully organized an auction of 68 land plots in Ngo Ba area, Thanh Than village, Thanh Cao commune (Thanh Oai, Hanoi), with an area of ​​60-85m2 with starting prices from VND8.6 million/m2 to VND12.5 million/m2. The auction attracted 4,600 applications, but only 4,201 qualified applications from 1,545 people.

Notably, at the end of the auction, the corner lot with the highest winning price was nearly 100.5 million VND/m2, 8 times higher than the starting price. The regular lots had winning prices of 63-80 million VND/m2, 5 to 6.4 times higher than the starting price.

Recently, information from the Thanh Oai District Land Fund Development Center (Hanoi) said that only 13 plots of land had paid in full, with winning prices ranging from 51-55 million VND/m2. The plot of land with the highest winning price of 100.5 million VND/m2 had its deposit forfeited.

Most recently, on August 19, the auction of 19 plots of land in LK03 and LK04, Long Khuc village, Tien Yen commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi continued to attract the attention and participation of many people. The 19 plots of land put up for auction ranged from 74-118m2. The starting price for the auction was 7.3 million/m2. The deposit ranged from 109 to 172 million VND/plot.

After a 20-hour auction, 19 plots of land were successfully sold. The highest winning price was 133.3 million VND/m2, more than 18 times higher than the starting price, while the lowest plot was 91.3 million VND/m2, 12.5 times higher than the starting price.

Both auctions caused a stir in public opinion when the winning prices were sky-high. In fact, the winning prices were many times higher than the regional market prices.
