According to information from the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh province, the Department has decided to revoke the business registration certificate of Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company (Quy Nhon City) with Ms. Huynh Thi Sen as Director from October 27, 2023.

The reason is that Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company violated the provisions of the Law on Tax Administration. As of December 7, 2021, Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company still owed the State Budget a total of VND 55.59 billion in taxes.
The Investigation Police Agency of Binh Dinh Province also issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and temporarily detain Ms. Huynh Thi Sen, Director of Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company, for 4 months to investigate the crime of "Abuse of trust to appropriate property".
Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company is the owner of Kim Trieu Hotel - Wedding Center Project with an area of 902.1 m2, located at the intersection of Tang Bat Ho Street and 31/3 Street, Quy Nhon City.
The project was granted a construction permit by the Department of Construction of Binh Dinh province on June 6, 2014 with a scale of: 44 3-star hotel rooms, a wedding restaurant area with a capacity of 1,250 guests and a coffee service area. The project has a total investment of more than 113 billion VND, implementation time: 18 months.
On August 23, 2019, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province agreed in principle to adjust the scale of the Kim Trieu hotel project from 8 to 10 floors, removing the wedding center function, only keeping the hotel function.
However, the slow and tentative construction speed has caused the project to be behind schedule. After more than 9 years of construction, this place is still just an unfinished building.
The area around the building has now been turned into a garbage dump, very dirty.
The project is surrounded by corrugated iron sheets, the inside is still messy and cluttered.
Previously, Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company was allowed to exploit many titanium mines in My Thanh commune (Phu My district, Binh Dinh). However, later, Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee decided to close 3 titanium mines with areas of 36 ha, 25.4 ha and 51.87 ha respectively. In addition, Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company wanted to be the investor of a number of social housing projects, housing areas for low-income people, and commercial apartments in Binh Dinh province but failed.
