On the afternoon of October 16, on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union, the Hoa Lu University Trade Union organized a discussion on "Behavioral culture of Vietnamese women in the digital transformation period and the 4.0 industrial revolution".
Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Toan Thang, former Director of the Institute of Culture and Development, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, spoke at the program.
The discussion focused on general knowledge and views on happy and successful women; ways to maintain family happiness; attitudes, behaviors, language, ethics, lifestyle, behavioral culture and communication art...
Through real stories and issues raised in today's society, the guests shared, integrated, presented viewpoints, and conveyed messages of profound humanistic values about the qualities and values of Vietnamese women in modern life; the role and necessity of building self-confidence, independence, and altruism in the face of the impacts of current social issues.
The activity was organized to affirm the important contributions of female cadres, lecturers and staff of Hoa Lu University in the cause of national industrialization and modernization and international integration; especially implementing the industry's innovation policies according to Resolution No. 29, encouraging female cadres, lecturers and staff to actively study to improve their qualifications and professional skills, meeting the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training.
From there, continue to promote learning activities, improve qualifications and professional skills, meet the requirements of innovation; help supplement knowledge, skills, and experience in work and family life in the 4.0 era, especially before the impact of social networks.
