The northern coastal route is about 58km long, from the south of Ninh Chu bridge, intersecting Truong Chinh street, Khanh Hai town (Ninh Hai) to the border of National Highway 1, Suoi Gieng village, Cong Hai commune (Thuan Bac). Of which, there is a section of about 7km passing through Cam Lap commune, Cam Ranh city, Khanh Hoa province. According to the draft resolution, the northern coastal route will be divided into 2 sections and use the names of 2 Vietnamese archipelagos, Hoang Sa and Truong Sa, to name it. Section 1, from the south of Ninh Chu bridge, intersecting Truong Chinh street, Khanh Hai town to the intersection of the road to Vinh Hy village, Vinh Hai commune (Ninh Hai), is about 30km long, and is named Truong Sa road. Section 2, from the intersection of the road to Vinh Hy village, to the end of the northern coastal road, adjacent to National Highway 1, in Suoi Gieng village, Cong Hai commune, about 20km long, is named Hoang Sa road (not including the section of about 7km through Khanh Hoa province).

After listening to the report at the conference, the delegates agreed and highly agreed that naming the road for the northern coastal route of the province is very necessary, meeting the requirements of economic management, culture - society, national defense, security, communication of people and businesses, related organizations and individuals; educating love for the homeland's sea and islands. At the same time, they contributed comments on the content: Should add the purpose, meaning, and characteristics of the road name for each region; from the North first, because it is close to Hoang Sa and then Truong Sa, so the road should be named Hoang Sa first (section 1), Truong Sa later (section 2).
Concluding the discussion, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee highly appreciated the delegates' thoughtful comments; the content preparation work of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with research, surveys, and consultation with relevant departments, branches and localities, especially the consultation with retired officials and people, was effective in naming the streets. At the same time, he requested the drafting agency to research, select and absorb comments, edit and supplement the draft resolution; after the Northern coastal route is approved, it is necessary to study and arrange the distance between the two routes scientifically and reasonably; when forming street names, there must be a guide in accordance with regulations.
