On behalf of the Provincial People's Committee, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received the assessments, analyzed the current situation and proposed solutions to improve the quality of public services in the province raised by Associate Professor, Dr. Le Van Chien and members of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics delegation. He hoped that the delegation would continue to have suggestions and recommendations for central ministries, branches and non-governmental organizations to continue to provide support and guidance so that Ninh Thuan province can make faster, more effective and clearer progress in digital transformation, especially raising people's awareness and improving the quality of public services.

For departments, branches and localities, he suggested focusing on performing well the tasks related to improving the quality of public service provision for people and businesses. Assign the Department of Information and Communications to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office to upgrade the provincial public service portal to be increasingly complete, meeting the access needs of people and businesses; concretize the results of the discussion, advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct the implementation of solutions to improve the quality of public service; assign the Provincial People's Committee Office to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications, departments, branches and localities to review and advise on cutting administrative procedures without generating records, have solutions to improve the quality of public service, and bring all public service partly to the full public service.
