Seminar on 50 years of Ha Giang literature and art

Joining the atmosphere of the whole country towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day. On the afternoon of April 21 at Yen Bien Luxury Hotel in Ha Giang city, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association held a seminar on 50 years of Ha Giang Literature and Arts after the country's reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). Attending were Professor, Doctor, Musician Do Hong Quan, Chairman of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations; Comrade Tran Manh Loi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of a number of departments, branches and many central and local artists.

Over the past half century, Ha Giang's literature and arts have carried profound spiritual and cultural values, truly reflecting the lives of the people, the beauty of culture and people in the northernmost part of the country. Artists together evaluated the achievements, outstanding values ​​and creative ways to contribute to enriching and glorifying the province's literature and arts. In addition, they also pointed out the shortcomings and weaknesses that need to be overcome, and discussed the orientation for the development of literature and arts in the coming period.

At the seminar, there were many opinions and discussions aimed at improving the quality of literary and artistic activities in accordance with the requirements of the tasks in the new era of the country. This is also an opportunity for artists to meet, exchange and deeply understand the position and importance of building and developing literature and art, especially when the country enters the "Era of national development", with the spirit of democracy, frankness, intelligence, creativity... contributing to the formation of personality to build the culture of Vietnamese people in general and Ha Giang in particular, meeting the requirements of sustainable development of the country.
