XUAN DAI BAY COMPLEX: Aiming for high-class resort tourism products in Phu Yen

- This is a meaningful event. The groundbreaking of the project on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Phu Yen Province Liberation Day (April 1, 1975 - April 1, 2025) not only shows gratitude to this land, but also shows the long-term commitment of Everland Group in accompanying the socio-economic development of the locality. The project is a practical gift to celebrate the important day of the province, contributing to changing the face of tourism and bringing livelihoods to the people.

* Could you please tell us about the overall project and its highlights?

- The project is located in a prime location, with its back leaning against the mountain, facing the sea, looking straight out to Xuan Dai Bay, one of the most beautiful bays in the Central region. The entire architecture of the project is designed in the style of an Asian fishing village, harmoniously combining ancient Asian architecture and indigenous cultural elements such as pottery, terracotta, Champa motifs... Xuan Dai Bay commercial service and resort complex is located in Xuan Dai ward, from here visitors can admire the panoramic view of Xuan Dai Bay with a beautiful space. The project has an area of ​​7.32 hectares, arranged with a 4-5 star hotel with 204 rooms, 30 villas, 49 bungalows and 32 shophouses, all with a direct view of Xuan Dai Bay. The total investment capital of the project is 786 billion VND.

- Everland always seeks and invests in pristine lands with strong tourism potential. Xuan Dai Bay is a land that converges natural, geographical and historical cultural elements.

Xuan Dai is one of the most beautiful bays in the Central region, ranked as a national scenic relic by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2011, with a unique terrain with many famous landmarks such as Vung La, Vung Chao, Ong Xa Islet, Nhat Tu Son, Da Mai Cape, Tai Ma Cape. In particular, this place is also associated with a historical event, in 1832 the US diplomatic delegation led by Edmund Roberts traveled by sea to Vung Lam to contact the Nguyen Dynasty, starting the Vietnam - US diplomatic relationship. With many rich sea and island tourism resources, Xuan Dai Bay, if strongly invested in developing tourism services, will become a national key tourist area, a favorite destination for domestic and foreign tourists.

This is an ideal stop on the Quy Nhon - Phu Yen - Nha Trang tourist route and the Central Highlands, deserving to become a national key tourist area in the near future.

* As an investor, how do you evaluate the importance of tourism investment in Song Cau Town, Phu Yen at present?

- Phu Yen in general and Song Cau Town in particular are the "rough gems" of Central Vietnam tourism. Thorough and in-depth investment will help awaken the potential, turning this land into a high-class tourist destination. We expect this project to be a driving force for the strong development of Phu Yen tourism, contributing to building the destination brand for Song Cau - Xuan Dai Bay.

The close and decisive coordination of the leaders of Phu Yen province and Song Cau town along with departments and agencies is a key factor helping the project meet the conditions to start construction on schedule. In particular, the consensus and support from local people in the site clearance work is a testament to the community's trust and expectations in this project.

A perspective angle of Xuan Dai Bay Commercial Service and Resort Complex

* How will this project impact the local socio-economic situation? Can you share more about Everland's vision in forming a tourism ecosystem in Phu Yen?

- The project will create hundreds of direct and indirect jobs, increase income for local people, contribute to the state budget and promote tourism infrastructure development. More importantly, it will improve the quality of accommodation facilities, contribute to changing the face of Song Cau Tourism industry, making Phu Yen a national and international tourism center.

Regarding product positioning and market segmentation in the tourism ecosystem, we do not stop at just one project. Besides Xuan Dai Bay, Everland is actively implementing the Crystal Holidays Marina Phu Yen Resort Complex in Vung Lam - Song Cau. When completed, the two complexes will form a synchronous 4-6 star resort ecosystem, providing a closed and diverse chain of tourism services for domestic and international tourists.

* When is the Xuan Dai Bay commercial service and resort complex project expected to come into operation and in the future, what plans does Everland have to continue accompanying the development of Phu Yen?

- We will try to coordinate to ensure the progress of the project. It is expected that the Xuan Dai Bay commercial service and resort complex project will be completed and put into operation within 24 months from the commencement date.

In the future, Everland is committed to continuing to invest in high-end, environmentally friendly resort projects in Phu Yen. We also hope to cooperate more closely with local authorities, businesses and the community to turn tourism into a spearhead economic sector, contributing to building Phu Yen into a major tourist center in the Central Coast region.
