According to the report of An Hai Commune People's Committee, from 2021 to 2023, An Hai Commune People's Committee issued documents to receive citizens, notices on the schedule of receiving citizens, plans to disseminate and popularize the law to direct the implementation of regulations on receiving citizens, handling and resolving petitions, complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections of citizens. The handling and resolution of petitions are ensured to be timely, avoiding backlogs and prolongation in settlement, and no petitions and complaints arise. The advisory work on implementing the Law on Complaints, the Law on Denunciations, and the Law on Reception of Citizens is well implemented by specialized departments. The coordination in receiving and handling petitions is well implemented to ensure feasibility in resolving all types of petitions. The grassroots mediation teams have performed well in mediation work at the grassroots level, promptly handling conflicts and disputes arising in villages and hamlets, contributing to maintaining security, social order and safety in the area. On behalf of the monitoring delegation, the representative of Delegation Group No. 10 of the Provincial People's Council requested that the locality continue to promote the work of propaganda, dissemination and education of the law. Strengthen the state management of citizen reception and settlement of complaints and denunciations; monitor and promptly report arising cases, avoid mass complaints and lawsuits beyond the level. Create conditions for officials assigned to perform citizen reception duties to participate in training courses to improve their professional qualifications.
