Project Working Group 06 provinces met to evaluate the progress of implementing electronic health books and issuing criminal records on the VNeID application

According to the report at the meeting, as of December 10, 2024, the whole province has completed the activation of level 2 electronic identification accounts (EDAs) with 398,018 accounts, reaching 104.15% exceeding the set target. Of which, the total number of health insurance cards and electronic health records integrated into EAs accounts is 250,895 with EAs accounts at level 2, reaching 65.65%, an increase of 15.9% compared to the previous week. 100% has been completed for some stages of digitizing civil status data, transferring 617,926 data to the national electronic civil status database, reaching 89.4%, an increase of 22.4% compared to the previous week. Currently, the Department of Justice is continuing to focus on urging contractors to speed up the digitization of civil status data, to ensure progress and requirements are met.

To meet the progress and roadmap of Project 06 in the province, the Working Group recommends that departments, branches and localities continue to promote the dissemination of the benefits of the VNeID application, especially the benefits of the electronic health insurance book and the issuance of temporary residence cards on the VNeID application, creating consensus in society and people's participation in implementation. Promote the role of the Community Digital Technology Team, guide and support technology skills, and provide online public services for people and businesses. Focus all resources on effectively implementing the tasks of Project 06. In particular, it is necessary to ensure the completion of the targets in December. Specifically, digitize civil status data; digitize land data, build a land database according to the set plan; thoroughly educate 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees to integrate and use health insurance cards and electronic health insurance books on the VNeID application.
