Through the photo exhibition "Hoang Sa - Truong Sa in the heart of Quang Ngai," the Organizing Committee hopes to contribute to raising the understanding and awareness of all classes of people, especially the young generation, about Vietnam's sea and islands.
On the morning of August 19, at Quang Ngai City Central Park, the Naval Region 3 Command in coordination with the Quang Ngai Province Literature and Arts Association organized a photo exhibition with the theme "Hoang Sa - Truong Sa in the heart of Quang Ngai."
This is the first photo exhibition about Hoang Sa-Truong Sa in Quang Ngai province.
The exhibition displays 110 works, including 60 works by 3 members of the Quang Ngai Province Literature and Arts Association, about the life and activities of officers, soldiers and people in Truong Sa archipelago and images of working delegations visiting and giving gifts to officers, soldiers and people on the islands and DK platforms.
The exhibition also includes 20 works of the Naval Region 3 Command, reflecting training activities, combat readiness, and protection struggles in Vietnam's waters, helping and rescuing fishermen exploiting aquatic resources in the Hoang Sa waters; 30 documentary photos of Hoang Sa are a set of photos provided by the Central Propaganda Department to promote Vietnam's Hoang Sa.

Through the exhibition, the Organizing Committee hopes to contribute to raising the understanding and awareness of all classes of people, especially the young generation, about Vietnam's seas and islands, especially the position and role of the seas and islands in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
The exhibition also aims to arouse and foster patriotism, national pride, awareness of protecting national sovereignty and territorial integrity in general and Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos in particular, as well as introduce and promote photographic works by authors of the Quang Ngai Provincial Literature and Arts Association.
The exhibition takes place from August 19-23./.
