On February 17 (January 20, At Ty year), Hung Yen city organized the Red River water procession ceremony at Pho Hien Folk Culture Festival.
Attending the ceremony were comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Nguyen Van Chien, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Pham Huy Binh, Secretary of the Hung Yen City Party Committee; Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Secretary of the My Hao City Party Committee.
The water procession ceremony was held early in the morning with nearly 600 participants, divided into 3 teams, from the campus of the Pho Hien National Special Relic Site, moving along the route through Bai Say Street, Bach Dang Street to the old Yen Lenh ferry terminal. Here, 3 ferries went upstream to the Red River junction to get water.
After the ceremony of inviting sacred water ended, the procession brought the water jars to three relics: Tran Temple, Mau Temple and May Temple to perform the ceremony.
