The event takes place from April 30 to May 4.
This year’s festival brings together nearly 40 booths from districts, towns, and cities in the province and several provinces and cities across the country. The booths will introduce traditional Central Highlands cuisine , herbal teas (lemongrass tea, soursop, winter melon...), natural essential oils, and many typical OCOP products.

In particular, visitors will have the opportunity to experience regional specialties such as: Hanoi apricots, Southern Vietnamese pancakes, Saigon traditional cakes, Hai Duong green bean cakes, Quang Nam agarwood, Phu Yen grilled fish, Kon Tum leaf salad, Hue fish sauce, Northwest specialties, Cao Bang, Binh Dinh seafood, Ha Tinh sausage, Da Nang dried seaweed...
In addition, the Gia Lai Culture- Tourism Photo Exhibition with the theme “Gia Lai-Experience and Sharing” will introduce nearly 100 photo works, reflecting the natural beauty, scenic spots, historical-cultural relics, traditional festivals and the life of Gia Lai people. Thereby, the image of the land and local people will be widely promoted to the people and tourists.

"Enhancing quality" for tourism from traditional cuisine of Bahnar and Jrai people
In response to this event, on April 29, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will organize a competition on traditional weaving, brocade weaving and cuisine at the Provincial Museum. This is an activity to encourage creativity, preserve and promote traditional crafts to serve tourism development in 2025.
Accordingly, each team will perform the art of weaving, brocade weaving, processing and displaying traditional meals in the area arranged by the Organizing Committee. The teams will use indigenous decorative materials and have an introduction and presentation of the products to promote local cuisine and souvenirs.

Participants are artisans and people from 17 districts, towns and cities, with priority given to ethnic minorities with skills in weaving, brocade weaving and traditional food processing.
