Accordingly, the Miss Universe organization announced that it will investigate the transparency and integrity of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023.

"Thank you for raising your concerns about the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 competition. We have listened and considered this. The most important thing for us is that all competitions in all countries are judged fairly."

Bui Quynh Hoa beat 17 other contestants to be crowned Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 on the evening of September 29th.

After the competition, the new Miss Universe continuously faced accusations that the organizers had "paved the way" for her to win, or that she bought the title.

At the time, both Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 and Bui Quynh Hoa denied the aforementioned rumors.

Netizens discovered that Bui Quynh Hoa's answers were completely copied from an article on Google. Her responses to the top 5 contestants were also deemed memorized, yet she still stumbled several times.

Moreover, a few months ago, when the reigning Miss Universe visited Vietnam, Quynh Hoa had the opportunity to appear alongside the leaders of the Miss Universe Vietnam organization to welcome her.

Not stopping there, a section of beauty pageant fans even flooded the Miss Universe fan page, requesting that the Miss Universe organization review the results of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023.

Bui Quynh Hoa was born in 1998 in Hanoi. She is 1.75m tall and has stunning body measurements.

She is praised for her photogenic face and her graceful stage presence and posing skills, both on stage and in front of the camera.

The beauty queen is a familiar face, having previously participated in competitions such as Miss Ao Dai Vietnam World 2017 and Miss Beach Vietnam Global 2018.

In 2018, she won the Gold Award at the Vietnam Supermodel competition. At Miss Universe Vietnam 2022, Bui Quynh Hoa reached the Top 10 in the final round.

In 2022, Quynh Nga won the title of Champion of Super Model International 2022, which took place in Thailand.
