Organizing the Bac Kan Provincial Open Cycling Race, 2025

Bac Kan Province Cycling Race Opened in 2024 in Tourism Program
Through the 15th Viet Bac Heritage Sites

The race has a new route from Bac Kan city to Ba Be lake, with specific distances as follows:

48 km distance: Starting from the beginning of the new Bac Kan road - Ba Be lake, group 16, Song Cau ward, Bac Kan city => Don Phong commune (Bach Thong district) => Bang Phuc commune (Cho Don district) => Dong Phuc commune, Quang Khe commune, Nam Mau commune (Ba Be district). Finishing at the gate of Nam Mau commune People's Committee, Ba Be district (after finishing the 48 km distance, athletes continue to move to the award ceremony location at the Ba Be district Spring Festival - on the shore of Ba Be lake).

30 km distance: Starting at Phieng Phung village, Bang Phuc commune (Cho Don district) => Dong Phuc commune, Quang Khe commune, Nam Mau commune (Ba Be district). Finishing at the gate of Nam Mau commune People's Committee, Ba Be district (after finishing the 30 km distance, athletes continue to move to the award ceremony location at the Ba Be district Spring Festival - on the shore of Ba Be lake).

After the competition ends, the Organizing Committee will award prizes to athletes with excellent achievements at the "Ba Be Long Tong Festival" venue (Bo Lu village, Nam Mau commune, Ba Be district).

This is one of the practical activities to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the founding of Bac Kan province (April 11, 1900 - April 11, 2025), the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and International Labor Day May 1; continuing to respond to the Campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho". This is also an opportunity for athletes to meet and exchange, strengthen the spirit of solidarity and friendship, gain experience, improve professional qualifications; at the same time, contribute to effectively implementing promotional activities, introducing the image, land, people and unique cultural values, promoting the potential and strengths of tourism development of Bac Kan province./.
