The "BIDV RUN - For a green life 2025" race aims to celebrate the 68th anniversary of BIDV's founding (April 26, 1957 - April 26, 2025), the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the 74th anniversary of the establishment of the Bank of Vietnam (May 6, 1951 - May 6, 2025), the 71st anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2025), towards the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025) and major national holidays.

Deputy Director of BIDV Ben Tre Branch Vo Van Tan said that this is an annual sports event organized from 2021 to present with the desire to contribute to building corporate culture, strengthening solidarity and unity between staff and employees and continuing to spread awareness of community health training, raising awareness of joining hands to protect the environment.

At the same time, it aims to position the image of BIDV - For the community by converting athletes' running achievements into contributions to implement community projects such as: "1 million trees" program, building community cultural houses to avoid floods, supporting localities affected by natural disasters and social security activities in the province.

On this occasion, BIDV Ben Tre Branch presented a symbolic plaque of 3 houses worth a total of 180 million VND, of which 1 house was sponsored with a cost of 60 million VND through the People's Committee of An Hoi Ward, Ben Tre City and 2 houses with a cost of 120 million VND through the Women's Union of Binh Dai District.

This activity aims to continue spreading the spirit of humanity, mutual love and join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province by 2025.

BIDV Deputy Director Vo Van Tan Ben Tre Branch together with leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of An Hoi Ward performed the ceremony of handing over the Great Solidarity house to Ms. Nguyen Thi Giap Ngo.

With that meaning, on the same morning, BIDV Ben Tre Branch also coordinated with An Hoi Ward People's Committee to organize the handover of the Great Unity house to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Giap Ngo's household (154/12, Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Ward 1, An Hoi Ward) with a total construction cost of 60 million VND, sponsored by BIDV Ben Tre Branch.
