At the conference, the Organizing Committee deployed preparations, assigned tasks and responsibilities to members and related units to ensure the best factors in terms of facilities, competition grounds, equipment, tools for competition and professional work, management and organization of the tournament.
At the same time, focus on implementing plans to ensure security and order; arrange accommodation for delegations of athletes from within and outside the province to participate in the tournament; ensure food safety and hygiene, and medical work throughout the tournament.

The members of the Organizing Committee, representatives of relevant units and the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa City have agreed on the preparation and organization plans to ensure the tournament is on schedule, professional, and achieves the best results.
Regarding propaganda work, comrade Ngo Quang Tu - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Thanh Hoa Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Tournament Organizing Committee said: The matches within the framework of the Tournament will be reported live on Thanh Hoa Newspaper's digital platforms, at the same time, developing an outline for propaganda, updating, and promoting the tournament before, during, and after the tournament. Ensuring the provision of banners, flags to introduce and promote the tournament, as well as ensuring the rights of the main sponsor and co-sponsors.
In this year’s tournament, units and clubs in the province are invited to invite athletes from other provinces to compete for their teams. This will be a factor that brings excitement to the competitions and improves the quality of the tournament.
As planned, the tournament will take place from October 6 to 8 at the Provincial Sports Stadium, attracting amateur players from strong badminton clubs in the province and other provinces and cities in the country with two main competitions: advanced tournament and amateur tournament.
Notably, the advanced tournament has 2 competitions including men's doubles and mixed doubles. The athletes participating are not limited in age, level, class and are open to athletes who are national level 1 masters. This is considered the most promising content of this year's tournament when there will be competitions between Thanh Hoa's top players and opponents from provinces and cities in the country.
The opening ceremony will take place on the evening of October 6, the closing ceremony, summary and award ceremony will take place on the afternoon of October 8.
