Organizing traditional New Year Bunpimay and Chol Chnam Thmay celebrations for Lao and Cambodian students

This year, Lao and Cambodian people celebrate the traditional New Year Bunpimay and Chol Chnam Thmay from April 13 to 16. At the program, students and trainees participated in activities such as: Offering to pagodas; reading prayers for peace; traditional Lao and Cambodian New Year rituals such as tying a thread on the wrist, splashing water for good luck... Representatives of provincial agencies and organizations sent New Year wishes of luck, happiness, peace and prosperity to students and trainees participating in the program.

This is an activity organized annually by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations, aiming to create conditions for students living far from home to welcome the New Year in the warm atmosphere of solidarity and special friendship between Vietnam - Laos - Cambodia.
