This activity is part of the Youth Month 2024 series of activities with the theme "Youth of Dai Ninh Hydropower Plant volunteering for community life" held from April 5-6, 2024 at Binh Ba Island (Khanh Hoa province).
Vietnam's seas and islands are a sacred part of the Fatherland. Protecting the sovereignty of the seas and islands is a regular and continuous task and the responsibility of the entire political system, in which the youth union members and youth play an important role. The Prime Minister has issued the Vietnam Youth Development Strategy for the 2021-2030 period with many goals, focusing on promoting the spirit of dedication, initiative, volunteerism and enhancing the responsibility of young people in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

In addition, the Youth Union of Dai Ninh Hydropower Company demonstrated the spirit of mutual love and support, organized visits and gave gifts to single-parent families in the locality.

In order to implement the 2024 Youth Union program, at the same time strengthen solidarity, create a healthy playground, exchange, connect youth union members, coordinate activities between Youth Union organizations in Bac Binh district (Binh Thuan province), on the afternoon of April 4, 2024, the Youth Union of Dai Ninh Hydropower Company and the Youth Union of Phan Lam - Binh An Solar Power Plant held a seminar to review the glorious tradition of 93 years of construction and growth of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and a football exchange in Luong Son town (Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province).

With this series of meaningful activities, the Youth Union of Dai Ninh Hydropower Company has contributed to deeply educating the awareness, responsibility, spirit of initiative and volunteerism of union members and young people in participating in protecting the sea and islands of the Fatherland; contributing to educating patriotism, national pride, raising awareness, understanding, sense of responsibility of the young generation for the sea and islands of the homeland; encouraging and motivating the young generation to actively participate in volunteer activities for community life; raising the sense of responsibility in exploiting and using marine resources effectively and sustainably.
