Accordingly, within 30 days, students will be taught theory and practice of pig farming techniques. At the end of the course, qualified students will be granted vocational training certificates by the Center according to regulations. Thereby, helping poor households, near-poor households, and newly escaped poverty households gain more knowledge and skills in animal husbandry and apply them effectively to their family's animal husbandry practices.
According to the plan of the District Vocational Education and Training Center, from the beginning of 2023 to August 11, the center has organized 7 vocational training classes in the communes of Bang Huu, Van Linh, Hoa Binh, Thuong Cuong, Van An and Chien Thang for 235 students. Of which, there are 4 classes on animal husbandry and 3 classes on crop cultivation, with 131 students belonging to poor households, near-poor households and newly escaped poverty households.
In addition to organizing vocational training classes, in recent times, Chi Lang district has also increased the organization of propaganda sessions on preventing child marriage and incestuous marriage; organized propaganda and dissemination of legal education, and trained on skills to provide legal aid, access to legal aid for people from poor households, near-poor households, and ethnic minorities in 8 particularly difficult communes: Van An, Chien Thang, Huu Kien, Bang Huu, Lien Son, Lam Son, Bac Thuy, and Van Thuy.
