Yen Bai province attends the National Conference to disseminate and implement Resolution 11 of the Central Committee

CTTĐT - This morning, April 16, at the National Assembly building, the Politburo and the Secretariat held a national conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

Attending the conference at the central bridge were General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man. Also attending were members of the Politburo, members of the Secretariat, members of the Party Central Committee, alternate members of the Party Central Committee, and leaders of central departments, ministries, and branches.

The conference was organized in person, combined with online access to the provincial, municipal and central party committees; central ministries, departments, branches, public service units and district and commune-level connection points.

Attending and chairing at the Yen Bai province bridge point were comrade Tran Huy Tuan - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of Yen Bai province through the periods and key officials of the province. At the Conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presented topic 1 on "Draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress: New points in the Summary of some theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; New points in the draft Report summarizing the work of Party building and implementation of the Party Charter submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; New points in the draft Political Report; New points in the draft report on 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021 - 2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5-year period 2026 - 2030".

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man delivered the second topic on "Amending the Constitution and laws; Directions for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term".

Next, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung delivered topic 3 on "Continuing to streamline the apparatus to be efficient, effective and efficient; amending and supplementing regulations implementing the Party Charter; Directive amending Directive No. 35 dated June 14, 2024 and Conclusion No. 118 dated January 18, 2025 of the 13th Politburo on Party congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term".
