At the conference, on behalf of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, informed the delegates of Directive No. 33-CT/TW dated May 21, 2024 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership in preventing and resolving international investment disputes; Conclusion No. 71-KL/TW dated February 16, 2024 of the Politburo on a number of major tasks and solutions to implement the foreign policy of the 13th National Party Congress and Conclusion No. 85-KL/TW dated July 10, 2024 of the Politburo on developing Vietnam-European Union relations to 2030. Comrade Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, thoroughly grasped Conclusion No. 76-KL/TW dated April 24, 2024 of the Politburo on the implementation of Resolution 41-NQ/TW dated July 23, 2015 of the Politburo on strategic orientations for the development of Vietnam's oil and gas industry to 2025, with a vision to 2035 and a number of orientations for the new period.

Next, Comrade Huynh Tan Hanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department, disseminated Conclusion No. 82-KL/TW of the Politburo on international integration and foreign affairs of the People's Public Security until 2030 and the following years. Comrade Chamaléa Thi Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, disseminated Conclusion No. 63-KL/TW dated October 3, 2023 of the Secretariat on policies for Catholic work in Vietnam and Plan No. 248-KH/TU dated November 21, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on implementing Conclusion No. 63-KL/TW of the Secretariat. Comrade Nguyen Phi Long, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, thoroughly grasped Regulation No. 140-QD/TW dated February 6, 2024 of the Secretariat on coordination between the Central Propaganda Department and the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations and relevant agencies on important, complicated and sensitive contents in the field of culture and arts; Regulation No. 43-QD/TU dated April 12, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on coordination between the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Provincial Union of Literature and Arts Associations and relevant agencies on important, complicated and sensitive contents in the field of culture and arts; Conclusion No. 89-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW dated October 22, 2018 of the 12th Politburo on strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation and fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation.

The conference aims to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees and organizations at all levels in implementing the viewpoints, goals, tasks and key solutions of the directives, conclusions and regulations of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the regulations and plans of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on concretizing the Central's directive documents. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee requires delegates to fully and systematically grasp the spirit of the resolutions, directives and conclusions that have been thoroughly understood; on that basis, organize the dissemination, propaganda and implementation of the directives, conclusions and regulations of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the regulations and plans of the Provincial Party Committee specifically, practically and effectively in conjunction with the successful implementation of assigned political tasks.
