Sharing on the sidelines of the Forum "Ministry of Industry and Trade: Fighting waste, unleashing development resources", organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the morning of December 23, Mr. Le Truong Thuy - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Mai Chau Hydropower Joint Stock Company emphasized that the event was organized very timely when the Party and State leaders had strong and clear messages about fighting waste, saving, bringing the country into a new era.

The forum also helps businesses 'lift' their spirits, encourage innovation and be more flexible in their operations. Especially saving and preventing waste in production and business activities. " For example, a project that a business previously implemented in 2-3 years, now makes an effort to reduce it to 1 year, which helps save a significant amount of resources ," said Mr. Thuy.
Realizing the direction of anti-waste, increasing savings, utilizing resources, effectively exploiting the Party and State's resources in enterprises, besides the hydropower sector, Mai Chau Hydropower Joint Stock Company focuses on exploiting land, investing in tourism development in Hoa Binh and Mai Chau.
In particular, Hoa Binh is a locality with very favorable conditions for tourism development with waterfalls, lakes, and islands. The locality also identifies tourism as a key economic sector and strives to become a tourist attraction in the near future. Furthermore, it is expected that there will be a highway from Hoa Binh to Moc Chau, the time from Hanoi to Moc Chau will only take more than 1 hour, which will be very convenient for travel.
