After nearly 3 months of implementation, the "Ben Dam Me" award officially found the most outstanding young talents to present on March 25. Accordingly, 2.3 billion VND was awarded to 6 outstanding individuals in the fields of: Social activities, culture and arts, sports, business - startups and 2 billion VND was awarded to 5 individuals with outstanding projects in the field of Science - Technology . Previously, 700 million VND was also awarded to 10 Outstanding Young Vietnamese Faces in 2024 and 8 Promising Young Vietnamese Faces in 2024.

The award ceremony is not only an event to honor individuals with outstanding journeys of work, creativity and dedication, but also a place to share and spread "inspiring" stories written by talented and courageous young generations in a genuine way to the community, especially the young generation of Vietnam who are on the journey to conquer their passion.

At the award ceremony, the story shared by two young faces - athlete Nguyen Thi Oanh and Golfer Nguyen Anh Minh, who were honored in the field of Physical Education and Sports, left many emotions. Overcoming all challenges and difficulties, the two young people have excellently brought home prestigious medals for the country, proudly raising the Vietnamese flag in the international sports arena. Behind those glorious achievements is the story of many times facing injuries full of sweat and tears of female athlete Nguyen Thi Oanh or many failures of Golfer Nguyen Anh Minh. However, with a spirit of perseverance and determination, the two young faces have broken their own limits, worked hard to practice and created proud achievements.

Now, Nguyen Thi Oanh is considered the "golden girl" of Vietnamese athletics when conquering a series of medals at the SEA Games and international competitions. Nguyen Anh Minh is currently the highest-ranked Golfer in Vietnam on the World Amateur Rankings (WAGR), ranked 53rd globally and 5th in Asia. In the 2024 season, he competed in 19 events and won 6 championships, including prestigious tournaments such as the Nomura Cup and Malaysian Amateur Open. He also brought home a historic medal for Vietnamese golf at the 32nd SEA Games, twice won the Tien Phong Golf Championship (2021, 2022) ...

They are Dr. Nguyen Van Son with the project "Expanding AI accessibility through data-centric techniques and AI solution development platforms", Dr. Luong Van Thien with the project "ClinLM" applying large language models (LLM) to support doctors in deciding on treatment for cardiovascular and thyroid diseases, Dr. Pham Huy Hieu with the project "AI system predicts stroke risk and controls personalized blood pressure", Dr. Ngo Ngoc Hai with the project "Assessing the impact of climate change on the ecosystem and genetic diversity of rare reptiles in coastal and island areas in the North" and Dr. Tran Ngoc Quang with the project "Converting PET waste plastic into MOFs materials as positive electrodes in water electrolysis technology to produce green hydrogen fuel".
