On the afternoon of September 11, a working delegation of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee led by Comrade Nguyen Duc Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, went to Thai Binh province to visit, encourage and support people in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3. Receiving and working with the delegation on the Thai Binh side were comrades: Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Van Nghiem, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Representatives of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee delegation presented 1 billion VND in support to Thai Binh province to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.

On behalf of the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Nam province, Comrade Nguyen Duc Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, sent his condolences and sympathies to the difficulties and damages caused by storm No. 3 in Thai Binh. He expressed his hope that with the timely leadership and direction of the Party Committees and authorities at all levels in the province, Thai Binh will soon overcome the difficulties, overcome the consequences and stabilize production as well as people's lives.

On this occasion, the delegation of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee presented 1 billion VND to support Thai Binh province to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3. In addition to Thai Binh province, from the provincial budget, Quang Nam also supported 21 billion VND to the northern provinces affected by storm No. 3.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, sincerely thanked the sentiments of the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Nam province; the support of Quang Nam is a source of encouragement for Thai Binh to continue to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters and soon stabilize people's lives.

He said that along with overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3, stabilizing the lives of people affected by the storm, continuing production, business and normal activities of social life; the entire political system of Thai Binh province, together with the armed forces and people, is actively and proactively responding to rain and floods to minimize damage caused by rain and floods.
