In 2024, Tuyen Quang Electricity Company will complete and put into use the 110kV Tuyen Quang 2 Transformer Station, My Lam Ward (Tuyen Quang City).

At the same time, continue to improve the organizational structure, promote the application of science and technology and carry out digital transformation in the fields of operation of Vietnam Electricity Group. In particular, in September, due to the impact of storm No. 3 (Yagi), the province's power grid system was seriously affected, but with the preparation of materials, equipment and human resources, the Company quickly restored the incidents, ensuring safe and stable power supply to serve the socio-economic development of Tuyen Quang province.

In addition, the Tuyen Quang Power Company's shock troops participating in supporting the construction of the 500kV line circuit 3 (Quang Trach - Pho Noi) and supporting the recovery of damage caused by storm No. 3 (Yagi) in Hai Phong and Quang Ninh have successfully completed their tasks. Along with that, Tuyen Quang Power Company has completed many projects of great significance, such as the project of upgrading the 10 kV grid to 22 kV in Tuyen Quang city and Son Duong and Ham Yen districts; successfully energizing the 110kV Tuyen Quang 2 transformer station, which is one of the first 5 digital 110kV transformer stations of the Northern Power Corporation and the first digital 110kV transformer station of Tuyen Quang province. Thereby, contributing to the Vietnam Electricity Group and the Northern Power Corporation to ensure national energy security, serving socio-economic development.

I. Production, business and customer service:

Commercial electricity output in 2024 will reach 1,256 million kWh, of which: Consumer management sector will reach 533.14 million kWh; Construction industry sector will reach 600.2 million kWh; Commerce, hotels, and restaurants will reach 39.1 million kWh; Agriculture, forestry, and fishery sector will reach 23 million kWh; Other activities will reach 61 million kWh.

Revenue in 2024 will reach VND 2,511,670 billion, an increase of 6.58% compared to 2023;

Average electricity price in 2024 will reach 1,998.97 VND/kWh;

The electricity loss rate in 2024 will reach 4.67%.

Customer care is well maintained by the Company, with the motto "Customer is the center", in 2024, the Company sent 5,552,630 messages, of which 4,854,894 were SMS messages and 697,736 were Zalo messages. Thereby providing accurate and timely information about Electricity services to customers.

II. Construction investment work in 2024:

In 2024, Tuyen Quang Power Company completed the construction and successfully energized the Tuyen Quang 2 110kV Transmission Line and Transformer Station project, Tuyen Quang province on December 30, 2024; completed energizing the projects to upgrade the 10kV grid to 22kV in Son Duong and Ham Yen districts in July 2024; started construction of additional investment and construction projects in 2024 and investment and construction projects in 2025. Thereby, ensuring safe and stable operation of the power system, meeting the electricity demand for socio-economic development in the area.

III. Goals and tasks for 2025:

In 2025, Tuyen Quang Power Company is determined to ensure safe and stable power supply with the best quality to serve the socio-economic development and national defense and security of the locality. In particular, strengthening the inspection and handling of existing defects on the power line to minimize incidents during the rainy and stormy months, at the same time, Tuyen Quang High Voltage Power Grid Enterprise, Power Companies and local authorities will strengthen coordination to minimize incidents due to violations of the high voltage power grid safety corridor, especially in the work of clearing the corridor. Strengthen propaganda, cooperate with the authorities to impose administrative penalties, carry out well the work of clearing the line corridor according to regulations, and put up warning signs to prevent recurrence of violations.

Continue to maintain and enhance the quality of surprise inspections of labor safety at the site; urge, guide and control units to implement business and customer service targets according to plan, control meter readings, ensure safe and stable power supply for production and business, especially during the hot season.
