Regarding the organization and streamlining of the apparatus from the central to local levels, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh affirmed: This is a major policy, requiring consensus and high determination of the entire Party, army and people in this revolution.

On December 9, at the Nho Quan District Cultural House, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh; Vice Chairwoman - General Secretary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha; Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan; Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Dinh Viet Dung had a meeting with voters of Nho Quan district.

At the meeting, with a frank spirit, voters reflected on the current situation, current regulations on regimes and policies for teachers and educational management staff are still lacking in consistency, even overlapping, causing difficulties in practical application; voters requested the National Assembly and the Government to direct early resolution, have appropriate regimes and policies for civil servants working at provincial and district-level educational management agencies to recruit and arrange people with good professional capacity to work, meeting educational tasks in the current period.

In addition, voters requested that competent authorities issue regulations and sanctions for violations committed by whistleblowers who are not cadres, civil servants, public employees, or party members; and request the issuance of regulations and guidelines on mass denunciations with the same content to ensure consistency and facilitate the process of handling complaints.

Voter representatives of Son Ha commune, Nho Quan district expressed their opinions at the meeting.

Regarding the issue of administrative unit arrangement, voters suggested paying attention to and supporting communes after the merger in terms of funding and facilities; considering resolving issues for those who voluntarily resign due to redundancy and having special policies, encouraging those who voluntarily resign, and creating conditions for those who are not yet of retirement age to enjoy pension benefits.

Regarding issues in the district, voters requested guidance to resolve difficulties in some cases when changing beneficiaries of martyr worship; requested competent authorities to invest in upgrading and asphalting National Highway 12B from Ria Intersection, Phu Loc Commune to Nho Quan Town; requested specific regulations on the authority assigned to organizations and individuals to invest in, reclaim, restore, and improve land...

Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh responded to opinions and recommendations of voters of Nho Quan district.

During the meeting, leaders of several departments and branches in Ninh Binh received and explained opinions within the authority of their agencies and units.

On behalf of the provincial National Assembly Delegation, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh expressed her gratitude for the enthusiastic and responsible opinions of the voters. At the same time, the Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly also had discussions to clarify recommendations related to the drafting of the Law on Teachers; recommendations related to the arrangement of administrative units and the Law on Bidding.

The Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly affirmed: With the National Assembly Standing Committee issuing a Resolution on the arrangement of administrative units at the district and commune levels, Ninh Binh will have a lot of work to do. 'This is both an honor and a great responsibility, placed on the shoulders of cadres, party members and people in the whole province. Therefore, I suggest that the province needs to make more efforts to strive to complete the goal of building Ninh Binh into a centrally-run city with the characteristics of a millennium heritage city by 2035', Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh affirmed.
