On the afternoon of September 22, in Son La, the Central Youth Union Secretariat held a conference to summarize the 2023 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign. At the conference, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ha Tinh province was honored to be one of 24 collectives to receive a certificate of merit from the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for their outstanding achievements in implementing and organizing activities in the 2023 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.

The Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign will be implemented in Ha Tinh from June 2023 to the end of August 2023, with the motto "widespread - safe - effective - sustainable". After 3 months of implementation, the campaign has created a widespread, positive spread, with good effects in the social community.

Activities are widely deployed in all fields, with many innovations and creativity in the way of doing things, thereby promoting youth and intelligence in participating in supporting tasks in each locality, unit as well as social issues.

During the implementation process, Ha Tinh youth have creatively implemented many good models and methods such as: Organizing a meeting program for outstanding Ha Tinh youth and students working and studying in Hanoi ; international volunteer program in Laos; supporting people to relocate and resettle, clearing land for the North-South expressway; building the project "Digitalizing youth data"; organizing free life skills courses; applying digital platforms and social networks in mobilizing and coordinating volunteer resources; organizing a series of training programs to improve digital transformation capacity for young union members and applying digital transformation to serve the construction of new rural areas, towards smart new rural areas in 2023...
