Bac Kan province issues decision on land area for construction of works serving agricultural production

This Decision stipulates the area of ​​agricultural land (except rice land) used to build works directly serving agricultural production in Bac Kan province according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 178 of the 2024 Land Law.

Construction works directly serving agricultural production are built with simple materials that are easy to disassemble. The People's Committee at the commune level monitors and supervises the implementation.

Construction works directly serving agricultural production are built with simple, easy-to-disassemble assembled materials, including: Rest houses, sheds, and camps to serve workers; works serving preliminary processing and preservation of agricultural products, storing pesticides, fertilizers, machinery, labor tools, displaying and introducing agricultural products.

The People's Committee at the commune level is responsible for: Collecting and keeping a statistical book, monitoring cases of using agricultural land to build works directly serving agricultural production in the commune area. Inspecting and supervising the construction of works on agricultural land according to the provisions of this Decision and other relevant legal provisions. In case the land user builds works on agricultural land in violation of regulations, it shall promptly handle them according to the authority and provisions of law.

This decision aims to facilitate effective land use, help optimize agricultural land area, avoid waste or unreasonable land occupation. Constructions such as warehouses, barns, irrigation systems, greenhouses, etc. are arranged appropriately to improve productivity and product quality. On the other hand, ensuring environmental protection, reasonable planning helps minimize negative impacts on the ecosystem, limit water, soil and air pollution./.
