Provincial leaders visited and surveyed the progress of the Green Square Urban Area project in Dong Hoa Ward, Di An City. At the same time, they worked with TBS on digital transformation, green transformation in enterprises and the investment situation of projects in the province.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan - Chairman of TBS said that TBS invests and develops 6 main areas, including: Leather, footwear, handbags, investment and management of real estate and industrial infrastructure, ports and logistics, trade and services. TBS always strives in the production and export process, especially focusing on technological innovation, digital transformation, green transformation... bringing industries deeper into the global value chain.

TBS leaders also shared the progress of some projects. In particular, the Green Square Urban Area project has a scale of 45 hectares, scientifically arranged with many functional spaces: Townhouses, high-rise buildings, luxury apartments combined with commercial centers, entertainment, parks, green squares...

At the meeting, provincial leaders and departments discussed and resolved some difficulties and problems of TBS in implementing some urban, traffic, logistics projects... in the province.

Concluding the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi highly appreciated TBS's effective production and business activities, which have made important contributions to the province's development and helped Vietnamese industries participate more deeply in the global value chain. In particular, the enterprise has quickly caught up with the development of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, towards a green economy and a circular economy.

Regarding TBS projects, the Provincial Party Secretary requested departments, branches, and Di An City to remove bottlenecks, comply with regulations, speed up progress, and avoid delays. The Provincial People's Committee directed the Department of Finance to speed up procedures on planning, investment policies, land prices, etc. The Department of Construction, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, and the Department of Industry and Trade continue to coordinate well with each other to create favorable conditions for businesses to implement projects.

The Provincial Party Secretary believes that with breakthrough thinking and strategic vision, TBS will continue to catch up with trends, develop faster and more sustainably.
