The fields participating in the award consideration include: State management of environmental protection; Education, training, communication; consultation, consultancy, criticism, supervision of the implementation of policies and laws on environmental protection; research, application of scientific and technological advances in the field of environmental protection; prevention, mitigation of negative impacts on the environment, incident response, pollution treatment, environmental restoration and improvement; protection and rational use of natural resources, conservation of biodiversity and biosafety; implementation of green growth strategy, circular economy , response to climate change.

Conditions for award consideration for organizations: Having outstanding achievements recognized by society, successfully solving at least one specific environmental problem or promoting progress in environmental protection activities in one of the fields considered for the Award; having operated, produced and traded continuously in the province for 03 years or more, not violating the provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection and relevant legal provisions for at least 02 years, up to the time of registration for the Award; voluntarily registering or being introduced by an agency, organization, socio -political organization, professional organization in the province to participate in the Award consideration. For production and trading enterprises, in addition to satisfying the above conditions, they must also be on the list of enterprises recognized in the Green Book of Binh Duong province in 2024.

Conditions for consideration for individuals and communities: Having outstanding achievements in environmental protection or building new, effective models in one of the fields considered for the Award; not violating the provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection and relevant legal provisions for at least 02 years up to the time of consideration for the Award; voluntarily registering or being introduced by an agency, organization, socio-political organization, or professional organization in the province to participate in consideration for the Award.

Award-winning organizations, individuals and communities will receive a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee along with a prize money and the logo of the Award. Award-winning organizations, individuals and communities will have their award-winning products promoted and advertised on mass media; will be able to exploit and use the Award Logo since the award ceremony; will have publications printed to promote their products in domestic and international markets; and will be introduced to participate in the Vietnam Environmental Award of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment .

Prize structure: 18 prizes for all 3 groups of subjects (individuals, organizations and communities). Bonus for each individual winning the Prize: 9,000,000 VND. Bonus for each organization or community that wins the Prize: 15,000,000 VND .

Application submission period: From the date of launching the Award to the end of June 2025 (based on the postmark for applications sent by post).
