Some proposed policies include policies on financial center membership registration system, monetary policy, banking and foreign exchange management, etc.
Foreign shareholders withdraw from Vinasun taxi
TAEL Two Partners Investment Fund has just announced to the Securities Commission that it has sold all 5 million VNS shares of Vietnam Sun Joint Stock Company (Vinasun).
By reducing the ownership ratio to 0% after the transaction, foreign shareholders have officially withdrawn from Vietnam's largest taxi company after more than 11 years of capital investment.

Previously, according to the transaction registration, Tael Two Partners wanted to sell the above shares in the period from December 19, 2024 to January 17, 2025. However, as of January 6, this fund has completed the sale by agreement.
After 10 years of investment, Tael Two Partners may have received more than 140 billion VND in dividends from the Vietnamese taxi company. However, if calculated in terms of stock price, this foreign fund's investment is losing quite a lot. At the end of the session on January 7, each VNS share was only worth 10,400 VND.
The divestment from VNS was also carried out by Tael Two Partners for nearly a year now, in the context of this taxi company's business facing many difficulties and its stock price going down.
Strange developments with car company stocks about to sell electric cars for under 150 million VND
At the end of the session on January 7, TMT code of TMT Automobile Joint Stock Company increased to the maximum limit, up to 12,750 VND/share. This stock marked the 9th consecutive session of ceiling price increase.
From December 25, 2024 to present, from 7,030 VND per unit, TMT shares have jumped to 12,750 VND, accumulating more than 81%.

TMT shares have increased since TMT Motors announced that it is negotiating with partner General Motors – SAIC – Wuling (SGMW) to launch a commercial version of the product that can replace two-wheeled motorbikes with an expected price including battery of less than 150 million VND.
According to news from TMT, this car has an overall length of 2,488mm, width of 1,506mm and height of 1,670mm.
This model was launched in China in July 2017 in Liuzhou city, Guangxi province, China with the mission of gradually replacing motorbikes and improving the environment, reducing emissions caused by vehicles.
Currently, TMT Motor is a partner of the General Motors – SAIC – Wuling (China) joint venture to manufacture, assemble and distribute Wuling Mini EV electric cars in Vietnam.
Notably, TMT shares increased sharply despite the company's poor business performance. In the semi-annual audit report, the auditor said that TMT's short-term debt exceeded its short-term assets by more than VND120 billion.
Therefore, the auditor found that “a material uncertainty exists that may cast doubt on TMT Motors' ability to continue as a going concern”.

Previously, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport required major bus stations to prepare plans for about 1.2 million passengers expected to pass through the stations during this Tet holiday, with the peak day being December 27.
The stations need to work with transport units to arrange adequate vehicles, including spare vehicles to serve passengers when necessary. In particular, transport enterprises should prioritize returning to the station quickly to have enough vehicles to transport passengers.
In case the bus cannot return to the station in time, the management units must increase the number of buses to serve passengers until New Year's Eve.
