The wave of rising apartment prices spreads to some places in the Central region.
According to data from batdongsan.com.vn, the real estate market in most Central provinces tends to increase interest in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2024.

In particular, Da Nang and Quang Binh are the two most prominent localities with increasing interest levels and selling prices for all main types of real estate.
By type, Central apartments have recently seen a significant increase in interest.
Specifically, in the third quarter of 2024, the demand for apartments in Binh Dinh province increased by 23% compared to the first quarter of 2024, apartments in Da Nang increased by 45%, and in Thua Thien Hue province increased by 65%.
Especially Quang Binh increased the most (516%).
Notably, apartment prices in Da Nang and Quang Binh recorded increases of 32% and 41% respectively in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2022.

On the contrary, many industries have reduced recruitment such as science and technology professional activities (down 1%), finance - banking - insurance activities (down 0.6%), administration and support services (down 0.5%).
Through the survey, large-scale enterprises focus on recruiting personnel with high technical expertise in information technology and engineering but do not require too many degrees.
Many companies prioritize hiring workers who can multitask, cover a wide range of tasks, manage teams well, and handle work effectively.
Previously, in October 2024, the Hanoi Employment Service Center organized 24 job fairs, helping more than 2,000 people receive applications and get hired (an increase of 26% compared to the previous month). In the first 10 months of 2024, more than 15,400 people found new jobs through the center's channels.
PGBank moves headquarters to Thanh Cong Tower, reveals rental amount
The Board of Directors of the Prosperity and Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PGBank) has just passed a resolution to rent a location as the bank's office.
Accordingly, this bank will rent a location on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of Thanh Cong Tower building, located in lot P-D17 of Cau Giay New Urban Area, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
The maximum rental price including service fees disclosed in the resolution is VND2.8 billion per month, equivalent to about VND33.6 billion per year.

According to news from PGBank, the cost of renting the new location will be transferred from the previously approved headquarters rental budget.
The lease term is 5 years, expected from December 2024 to December 2029. The lessor is Thanh Cong Auto Service Company Limited.
Previously, the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in October 2023 approved the change of PGBank's head office location to HEAC building at 14-16 Ham Long, Phan Chu Trinh ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi.
However, the bank said that this place is under renovation and is expected to take a long time to complete, and does not meet the requirements for PGBank's headquarters.
Therefore, to meet the requirements, the Board of Directors submits to the shareholders' meeting for consideration and approval to change the head office location to Thanh Cong building in Cau Giay.
A boss of Cuu Long Pharmaceuticals resigned because... he was too busy.
Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DCL) has just announced the resignation of Mr. Nghiem Xuan Truong - Deputy General Director of Finance of this enterprise.
In his resignation letter, Mr. Truong stated that he could not arrange time to fully participate in the company's activities as deputy general director.
To ensure stable production and business activities of DCL in the coming time, Mr. Truong wants the board of directors to consider and approve his resignation.
Mr. Truong was born in 1976, bachelor's degree in corporate finance.
Mr. Truong was appointed as Deputy General Director from March 2023. In addition to Mr. Truong, DCL also has 2 other Deputy General Directors in charge of production, business and marketing.
DCL's management report for the first 6 months of 2024 stated that Mr. Truong does not hold any shares in the company. In addition to his leadership role at DCL, Mr. Truong also holds management positions in a number of other companies.
