On October 18, the workshop “AI Empowerment for CEOs” took place at VNG Campus (District 7, Ho Chi Minh City), aiming to equip young CEOs with knowledge and skills in artificial intelligence, helping them improve corporate governance efficiency.
The event, co-organized by the Young Business Leaders Organization (YPO) Vietnam and VNG, welcomed 140 young leaders and was led by Mr. Aditya Berlia - a globally recognized AI Leader. Throughout the event, Mr. Berlia presented the methods and limitations of AI applications in key business groups, ranging from strategic planning, financial management to training and recruitment. By providing knowledge and experience in training effective AI tools, the workshop emphasized the importance and increasing application value of artificial intelligence in decision making at the senior management level.

Also at this workshop, KiLM - a large language model developed by VNG's Zalo AI team - had the opportunity to debut and interact with young leaders through a knowledge competition game between humans and existing LLMs (large language models) on the market. As a result, KiLM was always in the top 10 players with the highest scores and ranked first among the LLMs participating in the challenge. Previously, KiLM was first introduced to the community by the Zalo AI team at the Zalo AI Summit 2023 event, affirming the open potential of large language models developed by Vietnamese people.

YPO was founded in the United States in 1950 and is now the world's largest non-profit organization with a global network of more than 35,000 members who are young executives, selected according to rigorous criteria from more than 150 countries. YPO's shared mission is to nurture outstanding leaders through education and the exchange of ideas. Companies run by YPO members employ more than 22 million people worldwide and generate annual revenues of approximately $9 trillion.

In Vietnam, YPO was established in 1996 and currently has 57 members who are young entrepreneurs under 45 years old running large corporations and businesses. These businesses have been actively contributing to the country's economic development as well as promoting social progress.

Before joining YPO in this event, VNG Campus has also supported and accompanied many meaningful events and academic activities for the community, both domestically and internationally. For example, at the TEDxĐakao event with the theme "Aspiration" taking place in February 2023 at VNG Campus, Mr. Kelly Wong, Deputy General Director of VNG, CEO of VNGGames - as a speaker - shared a new perspective on the role of games in training qualities and learning life lessons, while emphasizing the importance of technology in fields such as education, healthcare and architecture. In addition, VNG Campus also regularly welcomes student delegations from universities at home and abroad to visit and exchange. Here, students had the opportunity to directly exchange with VNG experts about the technology market in general and specific product development stories at VNG in particular. These activities not only help VNG connect with the academic community but also provide an opportunity for VNG to spread its mission of human development.
