New news about 3 real estate projects with thousands of people demanding red books

On September 11, the Office of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province announced that Mr. Tran Nam Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, signed an official dispatch on adjusting the progress of the projects of Bach Dat Urban Area, Expanded Urban Area No. 7B, and Hera Complex Riverside Urban Area in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc New Urban Area (Dien Ban town).

Specifically, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province agreed to extend the deadline for completing compensation and site clearance until the end of June 2025; and to complete the implementation of projects, accept and hand over projects for exploitation and use by the end of December 2025.

Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee requested the investor, Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, to coordinate and work with Dien Ban Town People's Committee to carry out compensation and site clearance for the remaining area.

Develop specific plans, roadmaps, and schedules to implement projects to ensure progress is adjusted by competent authorities.

The Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province chaired the dialogue on July 17.

Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee also requested relevant departments and Dien Ban Town People's Committee to be responsible for coordinating, supporting, monitoring, urging, guiding, inspecting and supervising Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company in the process of implementing projects.

As reported by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper many times, the three projects of Bach Dat Urban Area, 7B Urban Area Extension and Hera Complex Riverside Urban Area are invested by Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company. Hoang Nhat Nam Investment Joint Stock Company is the unit that signed a contract with Bach Dat An to distribute the products.

Hoang Nhat Nam Company signed contracts with more than 840 customers to buy about 1,000 plots of land. However, because the parties could not agree on the implementation of the contract, they sued each other in court. Over the past years, nearly 1,000 people have repeatedly come to agencies in Quang Nam province to "cry for help", requesting solutions to intervene to issue red books to land buyers.

On July 17, the Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province chaired a dialogue with representatives of land buyers and businesses. Here, the leaders of Quang Nam province issued an "ultimatum", requiring that by August 31, Bach Dat An and Hoang Nhat Nam companies must implement the requested contents.

On September 5, at the provincial People's Committee meeting, Mr. Le Van Dung, Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee, said that the enterprise had fulfilled its commitments after the province issued an "ultimatum".
