The magazine predicts that the trend of cooking Korean food at home will continue to grow worldwide, especially from the buldak noodle craze in 2024, other easy-to-prepare Korean dishes such as tteokbokki, kimchi and kimbap will also follow.
Recording the market in the UK, BBC GoodFood said that retail chains are also "catching the trend", competing to import ingredients such as gochujang (Korean chili sauce), kimchi... making it easier to cook typical dishes of the kimchi land.
Another notable trend is the Reducetarians movement. Many people are beginning to realize the importance of reducing their meat and animal product intake to protect the environment.
Followers of this movement will replace some meals with vegetarian foods or reduce their meat intake.
It’s an easy way to make healthy changes to your diet, and beans and nuts are becoming increasingly popular due to their health and environmental benefits.
Beans are not only nutritious, but also improve soil health and use less water than other crops. This trend is being promoted by producers and consumers to increase bean consumption globally.

Finally, fusion dishes like Indian pizza, shrimp tacos or Thai burgers are taking the world's culinary forums by storm.
These dishes are no longer bound by the culinary stereotypes of each country, but instead are unique combinations of ingredients and cooking styles.
