Speaking at the training session, Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep - Head of Trade Management Department, Department of Industry and Trade emphasized: The retail market is entering a period of fierce competition with the strong development of e-commerce. While consumers increasingly prefer convenient and fast online shopping, small traders who are familiar with traditional trading methods are facing the challenge of having to change to survive and develop.

We hope that the training course will help small businesses overcome difficulties in competition, especially those who have been selling online for a long time. Thereby, they can increase revenue, stabilize their business and gradually digitize their trading activities.

Others lack confidence when appearing in front of the camera or do not know how to create attractive content for viewers. Therefore, organizing practical classes like this one is extremely important.
