The Propaganda and Service Subcommittee of the 23rd Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term held its first session.

On the afternoon of October 9, the Subcommittee on Propaganda and Service for the 23rd Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, held its first meeting. Comrade Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Subcommittee on Propaganda and Service for the Congress chaired the meeting.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Subcommittee for Propaganda and Service of the Congress: Tong Quang Thin, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Bui Mai Hoa, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; and members of the Subcommittee.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on the Propaganda Plan and serving the 23rd Congress of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. It was agreed that the propaganda work will be carried out in 3 phases before, during and after the Congress.

The key content according to the progress and implementation results aims to widely and deeply propagate to Party committees at all levels, authorities, departments, branches, organizations, cadres, Party members and people of all walks of life about the meaning and importance of the Party Congresses at all levels and the 23rd Ninh Binh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, the 14th National Party Congress. On that basis, create unity of thought and action within the entire Party Committee, consensus in society, contributing to the successful organization of the Congress.

Regarding propaganda forms, it will be deployed in a diverse and rich manner on mass media, grassroots information systems and visual propaganda to serve people's monitoring.

Delegates also gave their opinions and suggestions on the implementation plan of some specific programs and contents to serve the propaganda work and serve the Congress. At the same time, they gave their opinions on the structure and composition of the propaganda team, the logistics team; the specific tasks of the members in conjunction with the implementation plan of each unit according to the field of responsibility.

Regarding the appraisal of the organization's budget estimate. Many delegates also proposed the need to strengthen political and ideological education; protect the Party's ideological foundation, promptly resolve issues arising at the grassroots level... In particular, it is necessary to closely monitor the operational scenario to ensure the 23rd Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, takes place successfully.

Concluding the first session, Comrade Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Subcommittee on Propaganda and Service for the Congress acknowledged and highly appreciated the opinions at the session. At the same time, he requested the Provincial Party Committee Office to preside over and closely coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to absorb as much as possible the opinions to complete the Propaganda Plan. Complete the members of the Support Team, clearly assign the responsibilities of each member; on that basis, develop a specific Action Plan, in accordance with the assigned functions and tasks, ensuring unity of work focal points to do a good job of propaganda and service before, during and after the Congress. The implementation process needs to focus on inspection and supervision; develop detailed work to serve the Congress to ensure thoughtfulness, solemnity, safety and economy.

The comrade also discussed and agreed on the location of the Congress at the Provincial Convention Center; the time of organization in October 2025. At the same time, a number of contents related to the personnel work of the Support Teams; security and safety work; the organization of the exhibition of socio-economic achievements; the construction of the Congress Magazine; the compilation of the book "100 typical models and examples of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in the province, period 2021 - 2025"; Congress Proceedings...

He also requested the members of the Subcommittee to promote their spirit and responsibility to fulfill the tasks of the Subcommittee well, contributing to the success of the Party Congresses at all levels and the 23rd Ninh Binh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, and the 14th National Party Congress.
