According to some sources, in recent days, two teams in the Korean National Championship (K-League 1) are paying special attention to midfielder Nguyen Hoang Duc.
Hoang Duc is attracting the attention of many Asian football teams.
According to research, these two clubs are Daejeon Hana Citizen and Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors respectively. Daejeon Hana Citizen has been pursuing the star of the Vietnamese team for nearly 2 years.
Meanwhile, Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors started targeting Hoang Duc since the match between Vietnam and Korea on October 17.
Besides the two famous clubs mentioned above, the midfielder currently playing for Viettel also received attention from Daegu FC and Pohang Steelers.
Both teams playing in the highest division of the Korean football league are said to have begun to inquire about the 1998-born star's contract with the former V-League champion.
In addition to the teams in K-League 1, the Hai Duong star also received many attractive offers from clubs in other national championships in Asia.
The most prominent of these are Pathum Utd Club (Thailand), Al-Seeb Club (Oman) and Kawasaki Frontale (Japan).
In fact, the number of teams pursuing Hoang Duc is even greater.
In recent years, the player of Viettel has been developing quite quickly and has become one of the brightest stars in Vietnam.
Currently, he is also the Vietnamese player with the highest transfer value at 400,000 euros (according to Transfermarkt).
The 25-year-old midfielder is highly appreciated for his good tactical vision, impressive ball control, physique and unpredictable playing style.
Previously, Hoang Duc has said many times that he is willing to play football abroad if he has the opportunity.
But his contract with Viettel still runs until 2024 and the army team has no intention of letting him leave.
