Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requires agencies and units to be more drastic, focus on leading, directing, organizing the implementation of forest fire prevention and control work, overcoming the consequences of forest fires according to the motto "4 on-site" with a proactive and timely spirit, minimizing damage caused by forest fires to the lowest level. Local People's Committees, forest owners, and functional agencies should strengthen inspection and supervision of forest fire prevention and control early, from afar, right from the grassroots level, considering this a key and continuous task; organize reviews and identify key areas, assign forces to be on duty 24/7 during the dry season; arrange checkpoints, patrols, and guards in key areas prone to forest fires, strictly control people entering and exiting forest areas at high risk of fire, promptly detect fire spots, mobilize forces to control and extinguish fires in the shortest time...

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to inspect, supervise and urge agencies, units and localities to strictly implement the work of PCCCR; promptly handle arising issues under its authority, before April 25, and advise and propose contents under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee.
