According to the report of the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of Lang Son province (the standing agency of the Fair Organizing Committee), as of November 13, 69 domestic organizations and units and 28 foreign units have registered to participate.
At the same time, the bidding work for implementing services related to the decoration and setup of booths at the fair; the plan for arranging and displaying booths; the work of inviting and welcoming domestic and international delegates to attend the opening ceremony of the fair... has been planned in detail by the responsible units.
Propaganda and promotion of the fair are also carried out on media channels, visual propaganda, mobile propaganda; security, order, hygiene, fire prevention and fighting... are implemented according to plan.
At the meeting, members of the Organizing Committee and subcommittees reported on the progress of the preparation work under the responsibility of the industry. At the same time, they proposed a number of plans to improve the effectiveness of activities at the fair such as: plans for organizing activities at the fair; plans for displaying booths; propaganda, promotion, and trade promotion; work to ensure security, traffic safety and health, etc.
Concluding the meeting, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Fair Organizing Committee requested: Departments and branches continue to closely coordinate in preparing for the fair; members of the sub-committees perform well the assigned tasks.
In particular, the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion continues to closely coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications and press agencies to promote propaganda and promotion work.

The Vietnam - China International Trade and Tourism Fair (Lang Son 2024) is directed by the People's Committee of Lang Son province in coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to be held annually in rotation between Lang Son province (Vietnam) and Pingxiang (Guangxi, China). This is also an activity within the framework of the national program on trade promotion and the program on trade and tourism promotion of Lang Son province in 2024.
